Which OS environment is best for NeuralForecast?
I'm currently using a Windows server, but some package dependencies are unstable (ray for example).
I'm thinking of switching to WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) for a more stable environment.
Can you recommend the version of Ubuntu that is commonly used for testing NeuralForecast?
