Hi my name is Shahid Islam. I have a question. I am researching MQ-RNN model for time series forecasting. What I see that the Nixtla team uses LSTM with encoder and decoder with quantile loss function. I don't see the use of global and local multi layered perceptron( mlp) in the code. Am I missing something? Global and local mlps are an integral part of the MQ-RNN model.
