Hi! This combination of mixed signals seems rather unfortunate 😕 Is there anything I can do? I'm in the middle of running some experiments and would prefer to not let it all go down the drain....

Hi @Tomáš Halama! We are very sorry for your inconvenience. Rest assure that if your experiment did not run we will give you a bunch of credits to further test and experiment. In full transparency, we are currently working on a new billing plan that will make TimeGPT far more accesible. We will also contact you via DM to further assist you. cc @Cristian (Nixtla).

hey @Tomáš Halama! we are sorry about this. could you share the email you’re using to generate your token? we did some internal tests, and you should be able to make requests.
