Hi team, I just spoke with Stijn (from Wair), and he mentioned that his colleague left the company two weeks after signing up for TimeGPT and adding their credit card. They were charged from September to March. Their use case was benchmarking us for a paper, as they viewed us as competitors since they claim to building something similar. 😶 However, they were not able to use us since they encountered errors when verifying our token. I offered to refund Jan–March and suggested credit for Sept–Dec since the financial year was closed, but he said the credit wouldn’t be useful. I told him I’d check what else we could do. A – Do we offer a refund for Sept–Dec? B – We don’t offer a refund and stick with the Jan–March refund and Sept- Dec credit. Would love your thoughts! cc: @Cristian Challu @Max
