shai@quants.capital is reporting that he can't login to the dashboard using the Brave browser. The system sends him a secure link via email, but that always gets him back into the login page. He had this issue on Saturday and still has the issue today. I can successfully sign in with a non-Google/GitHub email address, that I had an account with before we switched over to the new dashboard, using Firefox. So I don't think it's a general login issue. I can file an issue, but could we do a quick check to see if this is an account issue (his account), or might be related to him using the Brave browser? Probably @Edu @Nikhil Gupta or @José Morales? Thank you!

I downloaded the Brave browser and did not have an issue. It looks like Shai might be logging in from multiple email IDs (one gmail and the other work email) on the same browser without logging out. This could be possibly causing issues. Can you ask Shai to clear the cache and log in from one of the email IDs. Hopefully, it will work after that. Then if Shai wants to switch to another account, it might be better to logout of the first account before doing that.

@Tracy Teal I am not seeing an issue with anyone else's account (from the logs, several others have been able to login with email) and am not able to see anything odd about his account either. The authentication is handled by supabase and we dont have to do anything specific there to a flag or something similar. Can you ask him to go to try these 2 things 1. First go to this link: https://dashboard.nixtla.io/sign_out. Then try and login again using email. 2. If that does not work, another option is to rule out some browser settings by trying in another browser. If neither work, I may have to get on a call with him to see what is happening.
