hey @Tracy Teal! we don't have a stablished process yet lol but it would be amazing to persist those accounts somewhere (a spreadsheet could work) to exclude them in future comms

right now it is just a flag in the database, so if you send me the emails I can “delete” their accounts from the dashboard and API

thanks @Edu! we also need to have that list available somewhere to exclude them from the emails we send (we have 'potential' clients not registered in the api in a separate database)
