Interesting. When I export the Stripe subscription information, I'm seeing quite a few repeated emails. Maybe this is happening commonly? Some examples might be: • benfou@polygoncompany.com • lvrusu@protonmail.com

The last time I checked, the problem was customers who subscribed with the link in the email instead of doing that from the dashboard
we don’t have an automatic way to handle those for now, we need to manually fix them by deleting the unused record and makign sure that the team has the correct

I’m not up to date with what has gone here, but if the emails have been sent, I think this is a consequence of the way early adopter email using Stripe “Purchase” link vs the “Checkout” flow from our site

I think this issue might also be leading to people having two different types of subscriptions. I have been and am continuing to send out 'welcome' emails to the 'Premium Support' subscribers. So, keep me posted if there's something we need to resolve there.

No, these are just "Thank you for joining our early access Premium Support program, what email should we use for you to join Slack and talk with our team" emails. I send them to the people with 'Premium Access' subscriptions in Stripe.
