I have an issue with TimeGPT usage and its billing:
I had some free quota as I was a part of beta evaluation. Now, I finally wanted to give it a try on some public data forecast, I did only 13 API calls, and now I see the price for that is ~4000 $, which is out of my expectations and it's like 3.5 my month salaries 😭. I only wanted to compare TimeGPT with my locally developed models, but I didn't want to use it further so far. And the cost is way too high for only 13 calls from my personal account.
Could you please don't charge me for such a case and please forgive me for my lack of knowledge of your price model and of how the tokens are calculated per API call? (which I really didn't know at all 😞)

I let him know he wouldn't be charged the $4000, so he wasn't worried about that. Once we sort how we're resolving I'll get him that information.
