One of our concerns is that we use quite sensitive customer data and require a minimum of SOC type 2 compliance, to what extent does your platform adhere to such security protocols? If we are sending data to your model (TimeGPT) how is the data secured?
A: Thanks for your question and for using TimeGPT. Our security and privacy information is outlined in our Terms and Conditions https://docs.nixtla.io/docs/terms-and-conditions and our Privacy Notice https://docs.nixtla.io/docs/privacy-notice.
We do have an opt-out policy, so if you don't want your data to be used for improving models, you can opt-out here: https://forms.gle/rvF58qkNCt2uNjSX8
We are not currently SOC2 compliant, but we are considering offering a self-host version of TimeGPT, that you could use to test and deploy the model on your infrastructure. If that's something that you would be interested in testing, please let us know, and we'll notify you when that's available.
Q: Secondly is the pricing, I understand that you have released the general pricing tier, but are there any pricing plans for enterprise-sized datasets?
A: We are currently working on the pricing model to better suit all use cases. We would really appreciate your feedback on pricing models that could best suit your needs, if you could please take this 2-3 minute survey on TimeGPT pricing. (link to active TimeGPT pricing survey).Tracy Teal
