We could and should but there are too many users with custom limits that don't adhere to any plan, so this is the only way to have that
I've updated their limit but this'll have to be done for each of these customers and as I asked before, if we had a list it'd be easier. Right now we rely on them complaining

I ran the query on HubSpot with this field, but only Tradesmith appeared, indicating that we created the property much later than I initially thought. Could we run a database query to identify users whose call limit isn't set to 50, 1,000, 10,000, or 1 million? This could help us pinpoint users that don't adhere to a plan
