Hi Team! A user is struggling to upgrade, I tried recording a Loom to help them out but i'm struggling too. More in the loom here Any tips? The goal is to upgrade from trial to Premium but when I cancel my current subscription and click on premium to upgrade I get the following "Something went wrong, and your subscription was not renewed."

I think they are still on Starter till the end of the cycle. Can you update the customers end date on Starter to yesterday or today and then try.
But this needs to be looked into. It should be self serve.

The earliest I can make the current subscription end is tomorrow, I will try again in my am to see if then it works. I will also file and issue with all this info it that helps For now I will upgrade the user manually
