Hi @kevin @Edu. plaster123@163.com is continuing to have issues. We connected his dashboard account with his Stripe account, but the credit card information didn't come over. But he added it. But now he can't use his API keys, and they used to work before there were the credit card issues, and now they don't. I didn't actually think having a credit card on file was connected with being able to use API keys, so I'm not sure what's going on. I forwarded you both the email thread with all the information. Thanks so much for the help.

Good grief, I can't figure out what's going on with this plaster123 account. I increased his limits. New response

Tried and failed another time.There is something different from the last time I tried.Usage page shows 1 call succeed and I don't know how it happened.Cause nixtla_client.validate_api_key() kept returning False.

Should I just ask him to create a new account?

I think I remember a recent issue with

validate_api_key

that @Edu fixed, and would lead it to not return true in spite of the key being valid— but that should be fixed right?

Do you think it's an issue with this particular account? Would a new account help?

Hahah yeah this guy keeps coming back. Suggest it, and if you have a chance do also ask how big the request is and going where 🙏 Just wonder if he’s hitting the limit too 😄

The fix is in a PR https://github.com/Nixtla/api-middleware/pull/7 but if his limits were increased that problem shouldn’t be happening to him I’ll check his account to see if there’s something else
