I tried with a new email address and I don't have those issues. So I wonder it if it's something around his company's permissions or firewalls or something.

07/18/2024, 5:18 PMsome utilities alter links— not the text but what opens when you click on them. I wouln't be surprised if mimecast is doing the same and it's interfering with our auth flow

07/18/2024, 5:18 PMJust saw your email, it seems like everything is correct but his magic link is either expired or wrong.
Links expire after 1 hour and need to be opens with the same device and browser.
If he is doing so and it still isn’t working it’s likely because of his firewall or other network configuration
