As part of my project, I was hoping to use TimeGPT as well as other libraries to see how they perform when compared with traditional methods. However, I ran into some trouble with TimeGPT's billing. To my understanding, I have $1,000 in credit for starting my account, and the API calls will be denied when I surpass that limit (if I do not add any additional payment method that is). I did some forecasts using the library, and now the balance shows I have used $1,373. Despite this, I was (and still am) able to successfully call the API without being denied access. I think I may not have understood your billing system, or maybe an error has occurred, but I was hoping to get some help or clarification on this issue so that I can continue with my thesis. Don't worry about the current billing dashboard. While we figure out the real pricing, we have given you 10K in additional credits so you can keep testing.
