Email about credits. @kevin @Edu is there a general change in the dashboard that's changing things around credits, or something to just sort for this user?

Free USD 1000$ Credits not reflecting in my account

Hi,

As i was an early user of TimeGPT, I have received 1000$ USD free credits as per a mail dated on 14 Feb 2024. However, i am unable to see these credit in my dashboard. Can you please check & confirm if i have them in my account? If i dont have them, can you please reinstate them.

yes, timegpt is free, so there's no use for credits now

We’re no longer charging for the API, so this doesn’t really show on the UI anymore
